Refund policy

At Crystal Blac, each product is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. Due to the nature of our jewellery, we follow a strict no-return and no-exchange policy, except in the case of verified damage during transit.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to: Change of mind. Personal preference. Style, colour, or design expectations. Minor variations in appearance or finish. All purchases are final unless the product is received in a damaged condition.

2. Damaged Product Claims (Strict Policy)

In the rare event that a damaged product is received, a claim may be raised only under the conditions below. To qualify for a damaged product claim: A complete unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

  • Begin with a 360° view of the sealed package
  • Clearly show the package being opened from its sealed condition
  • Continue without interruption until the product is fully unboxed
  • Contain no edits, cuts, pauses, filters, or overlays

Claims submitted without a valid and continuous unboxing video will be automatically rejected. Any damage occurring after delivery, including during use, handling, or storage by the customer, is not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

3. Resolution Method (Replacement / Refund)

If a damaged product claim is reviewed and approved: A replacement will be provided first, subject to product availability. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued. The resolution method will be decided by Crystal Blac based on stock availability.

4. Return Conditions (Approved Cases Only)

For approved damaged claims: The product must be returned in its original, unused condition. All original packaging must be included, including: Jewellery box,Tags, Accessories (if any). Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping & Refund Processing

For approved damaged cases, Crystal Blac will bear the return shipping cost. Once the returned product is received and inspected: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 2 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

6. Important Notes

Claims raised without valid proof will not be entertained. Crystal Blac reserves the right to approve or reject any claim at its sole discretion. This policy applies to all products unless otherwise stated on the product page.
