Shipping Charges 

Shipping charges are applicable on all orders across India. International shipping is currently not available. In cases where special delivery arrangements or private couriers are requested, actual courier charges will be communicated to the customer in advance.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that your delivery address, PIN code, and contact number are accurate and complete at the time of placing the order. Customers must remain reachable by phone, as delivery personnel may attempt to contact you during delivery.

If an order is returned to us due to: Incorrect or incomplete address. Customer unavailability. Failure to respond to courier delivery attempts.

Then: No refund will be issued. Re-shipment will be processed only after customer confirmation. Actual courier re-shipping charges (as charged by the courier partner) must be borne by the customer

Local Delivery & Pickup (Kerala Only)

Local road delivery is available within select local areas of Kerala. Customers must mention local delivery at checkout or contact us after placing the order. Local pickup may be available upon request. Pickup details will be shared after order confirmation.
